Purpose: The aim of this study was to investigate the principles of self-reliance in human self-education from the perspective of Quran and Hadith.
Materials and Methods: The present study was prepared in a descriptive-analytical manner using library resources.
Findings: The findings showed that self-control is a preconceived concept and a bedrock in human self-improvement and piety. This is based on the specific principles that are examined in detail in this article, as the basis and guide of human self-education. In order to meet the innate and instinctual needs of human beings in the path of life and in the face of real events, mental dangers and inner feelings, human beings are placed in the orbit of balance and health and are protected from psychological and intellectual damages.
Conclusion: The results showed that human balance in all aspects of life that leads to psychological and educational issues depends on the institutionalization of the principles of self-control.
