Purpose: The purpose of this study was to design a model for the growth and development of social capital in the Martyr and Veterans Affairs Foundation of Greater Tehran.
Materials and Methods: The purpose of this study is a field-applied research; In terms of data collection, it was a quantitative survey method and in terms of implementation, it was a field-exploratory and survey type. In this study, the sampling method was purposeful and the experts and senior managers of the Martyrs and Veterans Affairs Foundation were selected until the saturation stage, which numbered 11 people. In this research, grounded theory was used by Strauss and Corbin systemic method to identify the factors. Then, open, axial and selective coding was done with Max Kyoda software and the final model was extracted. Data coding operations were performed in three stages of open, axial and selective coding until theoretical saturation was achieved.
Findings: The results showed that the characteristics of employees in three categories of behavioral characteristics, job characteristics and moral characteristics; Factors of management role in the organization fall into five categories: management costs, management strategy, management behavior with employees, managerial characteristics and management attitude; Organizational strategies include internal strategy and external strategies, human resources category includes three components of socialization, human resource development and human resource performance; Cultural contexts include cultural development, explaining values ​​and norms, and developing organizational culture.
Conclusion: Therefore, creating a think tank for decision making in the organization, awareness of current political issues, meeting with colleagues and martyrs during critical events can be effective in the growth and development of social capital in the Martyr and Veterans Affairs Foundation
