Purpose: The present research was conducted with the aim of designing a model of professional qualifications and its effect on teachers' spiritual vitality.
Materials and Methods: In terms of the fundamental-applicative purpose of the mentioned research, in terms of information data, this research was mixed (combined) of sequential exploratory type. The studied community included university professors (men and women) in 2021. The studied population included female teachers of the second year of middle school in Tehran in 2021. To determine the sample size in the quantitative part, Cochran's formula was used and 324 people were selected. In this research, non-probability method of targeted type was used. Also, multi-stage sampling method was used for sample distribution. To collect data, semi-structured interview method was used in the qualitative part. Also, in the quantitative part, Afrooz Spiritual Vitality Questionnaire (2015) was used. To determine the validity and reliability of the tool, first, the spiritual vitality questionnaire was calculated on 300 teachers using Cronbach's alpha method.
Findings: In this research, to analyze the data based on the research questions from statistical tests (thematic analysis with Kors and Strauss method and coding (open code/axial code/selective code), confirmatory factor analysis method, exploratory factor analysis, Structural equations were used.
Conclusion: The results of the research showed that the components of professional competence included cognitive and ability competence, behavioral-judgmental competence, managerial leadership competence, spiritual-moral competence. Also, the results showed that the professional competence of teachers has a significant effect on their spiritual vitality.
