Especially the fact that these issues are mostly in similar verses, which stagnation on the words and their initial meaning leads to believe in the personification and simile about God. One of the great challenges of the era of the 8th Imam (peace be upon him) from which many of the deviant thoughts of the society came from, were the thoughts and beliefs of appearanceism, which with the anti-rationalism and extreme textualism they had undertaken, without using reason. And wisdom, they had superficial and superficial understandings of verses and traditions, which sometimes led to the belief that God is physical and human. Imam Ali Ibn Musa al-Reza (peace be upon him) has explained this incorrect opinion with a clear and clear statement and in various ways. In this research, we first stated four verses of the verses that are the origin of the belief of likeness and embodiment, and then we expressed the thinking of Imam Reza (peace be upon him) in correcting and fighting against this thinking. Tax, as the main source of government income, is one of the most important elements affecting the proportional distribution of wealth. In Islamic texts and Islamic laws, much emphasis has been placed on establishing economic justice and reducing the class gap. Especially during the time of Hazrat Ali, as the only infallible imam who came to power, laws were established to collect taxes and establish economic justice. In modern economics, the Gini coefficient is used to examine the state of income distribution .                                                                                           Because one of the most important problems in today's world is the disproportionate distribution of wealth and the creation of an economic gap between the rich and the poor; The necessity of conducting research that examines theories to reduce this gap is inevitable. Undoubtedly, from the point of view of Islam, one of the best methods of using taxes to reduce the gap between the rich and the poor and establish economic justice is the tax laws that were implemented during the reign of Hazrat Ali (a.s.). The purpose of the current research is to investigate the feasibility of implementing the tax laws of Hazrat Ali (AS) in Iran and its effect on the Gini coefficient. For this purpose, first the implementation of the tax laws during the reign of Hazrat Ali (AS) in Iran is feasible, and then the effect of taxation on the Gini coefficient in Iran is examined with econometric methods, and finally, with a qualitative and analytical review of the implementation effect. The tax laws of Hazrat Ali (pbuh) on the amount of tax received, its effect on the Gini coefficient in Iran is obtained indirectly. Based on this research, it is possible to implement the tax laws of Hazrat Ali (AS) in Iran. Also, the decreasing and significant effect of tax on the Gini coefficient is clarified. Considering that these laws lead to zakat being included in official taxes and ultimately increase the amount of tax collected, then these laws also have a significant decreasing effect on the Gini coefficient. 1941 General Presenting the Educational Leadership Development Model of the Managers of Fars Higher Education Centers in Line with Organizational Culture and Meritocracy Mahdi Yasaman Hosseinpour Mohammad Mehralizadeh Yadolah PhD student, Department of Educational Management, Ahvaz branch, Islamic Azad University, Ahvaz, Iran. This theory answers many of the objections that Western philosophers and theologians have made in justifying and correcting punishment and punishment in the afterlife. It seems, because firstly, the embodiment of actions is one of the issues that is emphasized in the verses and traditions in the discussion about the last point of the circle and the end of man's work, heaven or hell, and secondly, it is one of the most important issues of theology today, which is responsible for answering the objections and ambiguities and providing explanations to the philosophers of religion and Western speakers in justifying and correcting the punishment and punishment in the hereafter, and how the last station of mankind, i.e. heaven, will appear. It is hell, and thirdly, the existence of objections and doubts about the existence of hell, its purpose and motivation, and its apparent incompatibility with God's mercy and grace, provoked the early and late Islamic scholars to come to the position of correcting and justifying it; Therefore, the theory of the embodiment of actions is one of the most successful solutions to express the criterion of the afterlife punishment, and it doubles the motivation for the careful research and analysis of this theory among the theologians and philosophers. This issue is also important from the educational aspect, because if a person knows that every action and intention he does in the world is never separated from him and is always with him, he will be more careful and calculated in doing his work. Materials and methods: Therefore, the authors of this research, using a descriptive-analytical method, aim to describe and explain the visualization of actions in the hereafter according to the human performance in this world from the perspective of Ayatollah Javadi Amoli. Findings: And they have reached the conclusion that the soul, while being one, is a being with different levels. Conclusion: Man's actions are the same as his soul and are united in terms of existence, and the soul with every action he does will appear to him on the Day of Resurrection, and the same actions will change into punishment or reward on the Day of Judgment, and this is the embodiment of actions. 1625 General Identifying Factors Affecting the Transfer of Learning with the Approach of Organizational Creativity Nabizadeh Haghighi Afarin Taleb Zahra Samiee Zafarghandi Morteza Masoudi Nadushan Esmat PhD student, Department of Educational Sciences, South Tehran Branch, Islamic Azad University, Tehran, Iran.
