The concept of perfect man was initially introduced by Bayazid Bastami in the 3rd century AH, and was later expanded and deepened by mystics such as Mansur Khalaj and Nasser Khosrow. Ibn 'Arabi, like all Islamic mystics, part of his intellectual effort examines how he transforms a human being into a perfect human being. This article seeks to explain how full Ibn'Arabi can be into a perfect human being. This article seeks to explain how full Ibn'Arabi can be realized. The present article is based on the assumption that Ibn Arabi believed that the general man, using the concept of imagination and its mechanisms, namely, realization, admiration, and belonging, can understand the meaning of Asma al-Hassani and thereby become a perfect man. At this point, man finds the ability to understand opposites by using the mechanisms of imagination, namely, realization, admiration, and belonging; thus, by understanding the divine name, one can not only perceive the apparent contradictions in the divine names, but, by connecting to the original source, from denationalization And put all of his physical and mental faculties in one direction with the will of God alone. 620 Special Evaluation of the Effectiveness of Teaching Parenting Methods based on Islamic Culture Taken from the Teachings of Imam Sajjad in Couples Hosseinzadeh Bandaghiri Mehdi m Sudani Mansour n Gholamzadeh Jafreh Maryam o m Electrical Student, Department of Counseling, Faculty of Humanities, Ahvaz Branch, Islamic Azad University, Ahvaz, Iran. n Visiting Professor, Department of Counseling, Ahvaz Branch, Islamic Azad University of Ahvaz, Ahvaz, Iran / Counseling Department of Shahid Chamran University of Ahvaz, Ahvaz, Iran (Corresponding Author). o Assistant Professor, Counseling Department, Ahvaz Branch, Islamic Azad University, Ahvaz, Iran 1 5 2021 5 2 11 22 12 02 2021 19 03 2021 Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of teaching parenting methods based on Islamic culture derived from the teachings of Imam Sajjad (AS) in couples with children in the city of Malasani. Associate Professor, Department of Criminal Law and Criminology, Shahid Beheshti University, Tehran, Iran (Corresponding Author). Assistant Professor, Department of Criminal Law and Criminology, Islamic Azad University, Bandar Abbas Branch, Bandar Abbas, Iran. 1 5 2021 5 2 258 269 07 05 2021 21 08 2021 Purpose: The purpose of this article is to examine the reversal of evidence in the crime of money laundering. Money laundering means considering the origin of dirty money as legitimate, among the new crimes that have been approved by the legislator with greater sensitivity due to its specific characteristics and apparent conflict with some legal foundations and documents. At first glance, it does not seem that it has a conflict with some jurisprudential documents. One of these examples is the burden of proof process. Usually, in criminal lawsuits, the burden of proof is on the prosecutor, and accordingly, he is obliged to prove the constituent elements of the alleged crime. But this trend is reversed in the crime of money laundering and the burden of proving the legitimacy of the obtained money is placed on the accused. This issue makes it important and necessary to investigate this issue to determine the verdict of the case. Accordingly, the main question of the research is, what are the basics of reversing the burden of proof in the crime of money laundering? Materials and methods: The method of the current research is descriptive-analytical, which has been used to collect information through the study of documentary and library sources. Findings: The findings of the research show that, in proving money laundering, contrary to certain principles governing the process of criminal proceedings such as the principle of innocence, the principle of authenticity, and the principle of evidence, exceptionally and due to the importance of the crime of money laundering inside and outside the country, from the basics The aforementioned has been reversed, and in case of suspicion and doubt regarding the property and transactions, it is the possessor who must prove the absence of money laundering before the judicial system, which is known as reversing proof of proof. Conclusion: In principle, in proving crimes, the principle is based on innocence, and the principle of authenticity or evidence and possession is respected, and these matters are among the certain principles of criminal law and proceedings arising from it. 1277 Special The Relationship between Perceived Parenting Styles and Love Styles in Couples Ghanipour Ajrabad Tahereh Rastegari Peyman Torkaman Somayeh Karimzadeh Jamileh Master's Degree in Family Counseling, Department of Psychology, Rodhan Branch, Islamic Azad University, Tehran, Iran. Wisdom in the sense of science that is free from defects or intellectual information that is far from error and falsehood, that is, stable and firm, causes the stability of states, thoughts, and actions, and prevents a person from ignorance, ugliness, and inaccuracy. What emerges from the text of the religious texts is that the methods of attaining wisdom are very effective and can lead a person to the bubbling springs of wisdom in life, and a person who literally moves from each of these methods to become a sage. He is placed in the path of other solutions and he walks on the path of this fountain of wisdom with all the conditions. In this article, while enumerating the ways to achieve wisdom and its obstacles, it has been emphasized that in order to achieve this important goal and succeed in facing the obstacles of wisdom, a person must regularly take care and calculate himself, and if necessary, punish himself. God forbid, he does not deviate from this path, so that every day more springs of wisdom boil in his heart. Meanwhile, a person should evaluate himself and see if the effects of wisdom have been manifested on him or not. For this reason, in this research, a detailed research was done on the effects of wisdom on a person. By examining each of these works and examining himself, the seeker should find out to what extent the works of wisdom have been manifested in him in the literal sense, and if these works were not created in him, he should doubt his behavior and actions and seek solutions. In this way, every day he walks on the path of his excellence. 1336 Special The Historical Course of the Role and Function of the Market in Social Health and Islamic Society Farzanepour Farrokh Behniafar Ahmad Reza Zolfaghari Mehdi PhD student, Department of Jurisprudence and Fundamentals of Islamic Law, Damghan Branch, Islamic Azad University, Damghan, Iran.
