<div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:iransharp;"><strong>اهداف:</strong> در سبک زندگی اسلامی، جهانبینی الهی و ارزشهای کمالگرایانه و سعادتمحورانه حاکم است که در تامین سلامت روان و رضایت از زندگی نقش مهمی دارند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی همبستگی بین سبک زندگی اسلامی با رضایت از زندگی و سلامت روان میان دانشجویان انجام شد.<br>
<strong>مواد و روشها:</strong> پژوهش توصیفی– همبستگی حاضر در سال ۱۳۹۲ در کاشان انجام شد. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه دانشجویان دختر و پسر دانشگاه کاشان بود. ۳۶۰ نفر از دانشجویان به روش نمونهگیری طبقهای متناسب با حجم جامعه بهعنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه سبک زندگی اسلامی <em>کاویانی</em> (<span dir="LTR">ILST</span>)، مقیاس رضایت از زندگی <em>داینر</em> <span dir="LTR">(SWLS)</span> و پرسشنامه سلامت روان <em>گلدبرگ</em> و <em>هیلر</em> (<span dir="LTR">GHQ-۲۸</span>) بودند. تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها توسط آزمون همبستگی پیرسون و با استفاده از نرمافزار<span dir="LTR">SPSS ۲۱</span> انجام شد.<span style="font-size:12.0pt;"></span><br>
<strong>یافتهها: </strong>میانگین آماری نمره سبک زندگی ۴۸/۵۲±۳۸۰/۲۱، سلامت روان ۱۵/۱۷±۲۶/۴۳ و رضایت از زندگی ۷/۶۹±۲۱/۲۷ به دست آمد. میان متغیر سبک زندگی اسلامی و متغیر رضایت از زندگی همبستگی مثبت و معنیدار (۰/۴۲=<span dir="LTR">r</span>؛ ۰/۰۰۱><span dir="LTR">p</span>)، همچنین بین متغیر سبک زندگی اسلامی و متغیر سلامت روان نیز همبستگی مثبت و معنیداری وجود داشت (۰/۳۵=<span dir="LTR">r</span>؛ ۰/۰۰۱><span dir="LTR">p</span>).<br>
<strong>نتیجهگیری:</strong> سبک زندگی اسلامی با رضایت از زندگی و سلامت روان افراد همبستگی دارد.</span></span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Aims:</strong> In the Islamic lifestyle, the divine worldview and the perfectionist and prosperous values are dominant, which play a vital role in providing mental health and life satisfaction. The aim of the present research was to investigate the correlation of Islamic lifestyle with life satisfaction and mental health among the students.<br>
<strong>Materials and Methods:</strong> The current descriptive-correlational research was conducted in Kashan in 2013. The statistical population consisted of all male and female students of Kashan University. 360 students were selected by stratified sampling according to sample size as a statistical sample. The research tools were Kaviani Islamic Lifestyle Survey Test- short form (ILST), Diener’s Satisfaction with Life Scale (SWLS), and Goldberg and Hillier’s General Health Questionnaire–28 (GHQ-28). The data were analyzed by Pearson correlation coefficient and using SPSS 21software.<br>
<strong>Findings:</strong> The statistical mean score of Islamic lifestyle was 380.21±48.52, mental health 26.43±15.17 and life satisfaction 21.27±7.69. There was a significant and positive correlation between Islamic lifestyle variable with life satisfaction variable (p<0.001; r=0.42), also, there was a significant and positive correlation between Islamic lifestyle variable with and mental health (p<0.001; r=0.35).<br>
<strong>Conclusion:</strong> Islamic lifestyle is correlated with the life satisfaction and mental health of individuals.</div>
