The purpose of this study was to identify the factors affecting human resource training in the Ministry of Sports and Youth. In terms of purpose, this research is applied and in terms of collecting data, descriptive-survey. The statistical population consisted of all employees and managers (formal, contractual and contracted) employed at the Ministry of Sports and Youth at n=360. To determine the samples, cluster and cluster sampling was used. The data collection tool was a Five-option Likert questionnaire. Cronbach's alpha coefficient a = 0.85 was used to calculate the reliability of the questionnaire. For data analysis, Kolmogorov-Smirnov tests (K-S), Shapiro-Weilk (SH-W), t single sample have been used. The findings showed that 13 components and 57 indicators are involved as effective factors in human resource training in the Ministry of Sports and Youth and the current situation of human resource training in the Ministry of Sports and Youth is lower than the average of the identified components.
