Purpose: The present study was done with the purpose of Developing a casual model of quantum management relationship on holiganism control of Iran football fan.
Materials and methods: The sample group was made up of fans (leaders) of 16 teams of the Premier Football League of Iran, who were selected as a whole due to the limited statistical population. The research tools were interviews and researcher-made hooliganism questionnaires and quantum management skills questionnaires. The reliability of the questionnaires was confirmed through Cronbach's alpha.
Findings: The structural equation method was used to analyze the data. The results showed that quantum management had a direct effect on hooliganism control by 0.66. Also, among the components of quantum management, the quantum view on the popular team component is 0.783, the quantum thinking is on the referee component at the rate of 0.784, the quantum feeling is on the referee component at the rate of 0.836, the quantum knowledge is on the referee component at the rate of 0.816 0, quantum action on judgment component by 0.827, quantum trust on judgment component by 0.80, quantum living on judgment component by 0.826 was directly effective.
Conclusion: According to the results obtained from the research, it can be said that one of the important reasons that cause an increase in protesting and obscene behavior and ultimately creating chaos in the stadiums is the way of management and the condition of the stadiums, the incorrect judgment of the referees and the issues within the team and wrong behavior and decisions. It is the fault of the players, coaches and managers of the club. Therefore, referees, stadium managers and technical staff can make correct decisions by using quantum management skills and through a positive outlook and reducing negative emotions, reducing sensitivity, away from prejudices and biases and based on their personality and work conscience. The logic of playing football, in addition to controlling the behavior of football fans, prevent the violent behavior of football fans.
