Abstract
Lifestyle based on religion can be considered as one of the main factors in the prediction and promotion of mental health. Religion with various mechanisms such as the existence of hope, motivation and positive attitude in life, the creation of an emotional and social support network, giving a clear and decisive answer to the concept of creation, the world and life, the explanation and definition of the pleasurable and reasonable of suffering, pain and deprivation can be Causing physical and mental health and promoting mental health.
Also, the afterlife beliefs and commitment to them, as one of the main elements of divine religions from different aspects, can help people's mental health and well-being. Hereafter beliefs with the assumption that the ultimate goal of human life is his later life, and the life of the world is only an introduction and the cultivation of that eternal life, on the other hand, in giving meaning to the life of man and saving him from absurdity, and on the other hand By changing the knowledge of man from death and satisfying the motivation of survival, and by providing the concept of reward and compensation of difficulty, it can have a significant role in the psychological well-being of the individual and society.
 
This study aims to study the effects of Islamic lifestyle on family mental health on the basis of a descriptive and analytical method and an inter-religious approach in Islamic teachings, especially verses, narratives seek to answer this question. What is the relationship between Islamic lifestyle and mental health in Is there a family?
