Introduction: One of the signs of mental health is the existence of a healthy interpersonal communication. Given the growth and development of human life and the complexities of its communication with the inner and outer world, the acquisition of Interpersonal communication skills is indispensable. The problem of interpersonal communication skills has always been discussed, but its role in social life has not been investigated on the basis of Innocents’ Sirah (Lifestyle). The aim of this study was to investigate the role of interpersonal skills in human social life relying on the Innocents’ Sirah. The method of this study is descriptive-analytical.
Conclusion: The expression of positive emotions is an important and influential factor in improving interpersonal communications. In Islamic teachings, these emotions include spiritual joy, excitement and smile, friendship and affection, and giving gifts. Similarity in thoughts, beliefs, and attitudes in order to stimulate positive emotions or the feeling of self-esteem and self-confidence improve interpersonal communications. The willingness of individuals to continue to have a communication with more qualified people is greater. Among the positive qualities to be considered in Innocents’ Sirah is faith and good deed, affection, and humility. Many of the inconsistencies are due to the inability to use interpersonal skills that bring individuals and society to hostility, hatred, and abnormalities. Affecting the audience and influencing his attitudes in various communication situations is usually a matter for each individual; to achieve this goal the interpersonal communications skills should be known. Interpersonal communication skills are one of the factors contributing to the development of mental health that improves the capacity and functioning of intelligence, prevents violent and destructive behaviors, and provides the basis for self-expression and self-knowledge.
